Absolutely fantastic service from Kevin. I bought a bed from another shop that closed, and I needed replacement rails for a broken bed. Kevin went out of his way to contact the supplier and the replacement rails were delivered within a couple of days. The service was exceptional. Thank-you.

Excellent member of staff,really helpful, he didn't try to sell me a more expensive mattress, he was focused on what I needed, very good range at reasonable prices and no charge for disposal of my old mattress, the average cost from companies online was between£40 & £60,it arrived same day delivery, around 3 hours, great delivery men who were very helpful, I highly recommend this company

We went into the store on Saturday to buy 2 new mattresses for our children,  we were plesently surprised by the prices and the quality,  we made our choice and paid and arranged delivery for Monday pm , with a pre arranged phonecall to make sure i was home which was great (as who likes to wait in all day for a delivery) delivery was FREE and disposable of our old mattresses was also FREE . All of the members of staff that we spoke to from start to finish were helpful and had good old fashioned customer service which is something that is very rare nowadays.  The entire process was a breath of fresh air and something I feel has sadly disappeared in today's modern retail industry.  Thankyou Bournemouth Bedding Centre we will definitely be returning in the future and recommending your services

We always come here for beds - the people are so knowledgeable and products are top quality and our new bed and mattress are so comfortable and looks fab.  Delivery guys lovely and set up bed in no time and took away old … all included in price.  Very, very recommended 😊

Faultless service from Bournemouth Bedding Centre, for which we thank you.

The sales person in the shop was very helpful, as we didn't really know what we were looking for.  He was very knowledgeable but not pushy.  We particularly liked that we had a good choice of colours for the divan base and headboard.  We opted for an ottoman base, where the storage is very generous.

The bed was delivered within the arranged time slot, prior to which we received a phone call confirming estimated time of arrival.  The delivery people assembled the bed efficiently and took away our old bed and mattress for free.

Perfect customer service all round and definitely worth a visit to the shop, where prices are competitive and you can check quality, firmness of mattress etc.
